Development has started on The shoreline Park Beach, which is set to be a new senior residential care facility center in Park Beach, Coffs Harbour. The center will feature villas, units, a community center and swimming pool. The development is being built on a vacant block of land near Arthur and York Street and is adjacent to Park Beach Plaza Shopping center.
Glenn Haig and Partners have recently been engaged by HA Bachrach the owners, to carry out, design and documentation of all Hydraulic and Fire Protection services, all documentation will be done in revit 3D modelling.
Work has commenced onsite with early works in ground services currently being installed.
